Urethane and carpet Recycling

Carpet Pad Recovery (CP Recovery) will take your urethane foam for recycling.  By bringing this product to our plant, you will be helping to reduce of the need for more landfills.  These low density materials take up much more space per pound than most items disposed of and do not decompose.  This takes up valuable space in landfills and increases the need for additional dump sites.  Since opening CP Recovery has collected, and recycled over 13 million pounds of urethane foam as of May 2008.

    Once collected, the urethane foam is formed into 800 - 1,000 lb. bales.  This is then shipped to a facility to be disinfected and reground to be made into new products.

CP Recovery has also recycled over 5 Million pounds of carpet as of May 2008.
